Orders
Can I order multiple items to choose from?

Of course you can order several items to choose from. It can sometimes happen that certain items that you would like to compare are not in stock and have to be reordered or made, which can result in a longer delivery time.
At Anactacia Berlin you can of course return all items in your order - unless otherwise stated in the product description. So if you are not sure about a size, color or model, you can order multiple models.

In what sizes are Anactacia Berlin wedding dresses available?

We stock tops, skirts and dresses as well as sweaters in sizes 34-48. However, for fit reasons, some of our combination pieces are only available online up to size 40 or 42.
Contact us if you would like one of these tops in a larger size, we will be happy to advise you.
Shipment
How long does delivery take?
​
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-4 working days using standard shipping, for deliveries abroad within 9-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
​
The goods are shipped Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays (NRW).
For goods that are not in stock and have to be reordered from one of our suppliers or manufactured by us, a correspondingly longer delivery time will be displayed in the ordering process.

Express orders are shipped the same day with UPS Express from Monday to Friday after successful receipt of payment by 1:00 p.m. (CET). Please note this before completing your order.

Attention: Express shipping does not mean express production. If a bridal fashion item is not in stock, it will be made for you by our workshop - currently within 14-21 working days - and will only be sent to you via express shipping from the time of completion. Please note this before completing your order.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will only send your package when the order is complete and ready for shipment.
As soon as your items have been shipped by us, you will receive an email including shipping confirmation and a link to track the shipment. If the delivery status of your package has not changed for several days, please contact us via our address stating your name and order numberContact form.

We cannot influence delays with our service providers DHL and UPS, but we will be happy to contact the service provider if your package takes longer to travel.

Where can I have my wedding dress cleaned?
​
You should definitely have your wedding dress professionally and dry cleaned or we can clean it for you in our studio.
